Three generations over the coals
It started in 1975 with a charcoal grill, a family recipe and one promise: never rush good chicken.
Every bird is marinated in our secret lemon recipe, then grilled slowly over live charcoal until the skin turns golden and the meat stays juicy. No shortcuts, no ovens. Just fire, patience and the same care since day one.
Today the third generation runs the coals in Argyroupoli, cooking to order for the neighbourhood that grew up on this taste.
